Deputy Clerk

Annette became deputy clerk in 2012. She is married and has lived in the township for 43 years. Annette has owned a business, worked at a bank in Cedar Springs and helped home-school grandchildren. She has an Associates degree from Ferris State and is an active member of the Kent County Clerk’s Association and the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks.

Art was appointed as Township Treasurer in May 2014. Art has lived in Solon Township with his wife Rosann since 2010 when they “retired” and moved down from up north to be with their grandchildren. Art has a career of service in governmental and non-profit companies for more than 40 years working in Accounting. Art is an active member of the Kent County Treasurer’s Association and has a MBA from Lake Superior State University.
