TOWNSHIP OF SOLON COUNTY OF KENT, MICHIGAN
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Township of Solon will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., at the Solon Township Hall, 15185 Algoma Ave., NE, Cedar Springs, Michigan, to receive comments regarding a request for a zoning variance from Cedar Springs Retail Management, LLC. The application is for a variance to permit parking spaces within the front yard setback along 17 Mile Road, and any other variance necessary to construct a multi-tenant building in the HC-Highway Commercial District, on property located at 3584 17 Mile Road, also known as 3700 17 Mile Road, Cedar Springs, MI 49319.
All interested persons may attend the public hearing and comment on the proposed variance. A copy of the materials submitted are on file at the Township office. Written comments may be submitted to the Township offices, at the above-stated address, up to and including the time of the public hearing.
