PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Township of Solon will hold a public advisory hearing on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., at the Solon Township Hall, 15185 Algoma Ave., NE, Cedar Springs, Michigan, on a request for a special land use and site plan review for an athletic field and related parking for school use concerning the application by Creative Technologies Academy, for lands commonly known as address to be determined on Solon Street N.E. near 350 W. Pine Street N.E., and is legally described as follows:
The Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 25, Town 10 North, Range 11 West. Subject to a 66.0 foot wide easement for ingress, egress and utilities over the West 66.0 feet thereof.
More particularly described as: Part of the Southwest ¼ of Section 25, Town 10 North, Range 11 West, described as: Commencing at the West ¼ corner of said Section; Thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 31 seconds East 2007.50 feet along the East-West ¼ line of said Section to the place of beginning; Thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 31 seconds East 669.16 feet along said ¼ line to the center of said Section; Thence South 00 degrees 11 minutes 13 seconds West 653.62 feet along the South line of the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of said Southwest 1/4; Thence North 00 degrees 14 minutes 51 seconds East 654.66 feet along the West line of the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of said Southwest ¼ to the place of beginning. Subject to a 66.0 foot wide easement for ingress, egress and utilities over the West 66.0 feet thereof.
The application materials are on file in the Township office, at the above-stated address, and may be reviewed by interested persons during Township office hours. All interested persons may attend the public hearing and comment on the proposed special land use request. Written comments may be submitted to the Township offices, at the above-stated address, up to and including the time of the public hearing.
